7:00 Wheat grass juice
7:30 Juice & supplements, Colloidal silver, Ocean minerals, Psyllium, Bentonite clay
8:00 Morning walk/run (30/45 min)
9:00 Breakfast (if not fasting) Rejuvenation program attendees
10:00 Daily colonic- up to two colonics a day at, no additional charge
11:30 Free time (many go to gym on site)
1:00 Wheat grass juice
1:30 Lunch (if not fasting)
1:30 Juice & supplements, Colloidal silver, Ocean minerals, Psyllium, Bentonite clay
2:00 Yoga class
3:00 Aqua Chi detox while on Oxygen therapy
4:00 Daily health lecture or video based lecture on healthy living & foods.
6:00 Dinner- Rejuvenation & Raw foods energy soup for fasters
7:00 Sauna & skin brushing & hot tub
8:00 Wheat grass Juice & motivational movie or health related topic

Field Trip: On Friday Night, we take the van to French Lick and tour one or  two historic hotels. (1890s' vintage 500 room hotels).

Other services and options:Reiki, massage and personal trainers in the weight gym. These are now available on an ala-carte basis. Pricing and scheduling is available at the center. Massage is Generally $40.00 an hour!
