Addictions come in many forms. Some of us are more susceptible to addictions than others. Generally it takes 21 days to actually change a habit.

Detox Oasis is in the business of assisting you in cleaning yourself out so you can make whatever decision you feel you need to with a clean body and a clear head. If you have a serious addiction with any substance or alcohol, we suggest that you go to a treatment center that specialized in such issues.

However, if you simply feel that whatever addiction you are dealing with needs to stop long enough for you to get your arms around the problem we may be the solution to your situation.

Whether your addiction is drugs, alcohol, caffeine sugar or a workaholic, in seven days you will have cleaned your body of most of the poisons and toxins that you placed there over the years and you will have a head on your shoulders clear enough to make a firm decision of how to proceed from here.

Personally, I have owned a bar and a restaurant. Additionally, my consulting business places me in a position to entertain late night clients far too often. It's true that I often over indulge in the wrong foods and over consume alcohol. This is life for most of us!

However, I listen to my body and when it's time to refocus and reset my body and get dialed back in so I can perform to my best at work or with family I do a 7 to 10 day fast and I get back on track.
