The Detox Oasis is located in the rolling hills of Southern Indiana known for its healing mineral waters. Lodging is available in a renovated 1890's farm house with a guest lounge in the restored western-style barn or a private log cabin. We are situated on 120 acres with wooded hiking trails, a small lake and a private 9 hole par 3 golf course with a serene habitat for north american elk and other abundant wildlife. Plus, a full weight & cardio gym is on site with free weights, cable machines, cardio equipment and a large DVD library of "mind body" fitness tapes on yoga, tai chi, cleansing programs and cleansing related topics. For your viewing pleasure, there is a 16-foot movie screen in our private movie theater located in a re-vamped grain silo !

We offer 5 or 7,10 & 21 day Cleanse programs based on a combination of fasting, juicing (mainly green drink & wheat grass) for a total internal cleanse and rejuvenation of body and mind. Economy accomodations for double occupancy or private occupancy rates available.

We offer a 5 day Raw program where you can learn Raw food prep in our kitchen with a quality instructor. Here you will learn hands on skills that you can take home & apply instantly.

Southern Indiana has been known for its healing mineral springs water for centuries. Known today as "Pluto Water". The indians spoke of the waters first, later the French and then the came the early settlers. They all agreed that the "Pluto" waters had healing powers that cured many ailments. In the early 1900's as the waters were used as a mild laxative.

The saying at the time was: "When Nature won't.....Pluto will" and this remains true today !
