Workshops
 
INTRO TO POLE WORKSHOP – ALL BEGINNER WORKSHOP (90 minutes) Come experience what pole fitness has to offer. All ages, sizes and fitness levels. This workshop is filled with all beginners and we introduce you to pole safety, sensual stretching and floor-work, developing your own signature walk around the pole, and generating a beautiful, exhilarating spin. This single workshop provides the foundation to next join the regular on-going pole series classes. A great way to do your INTRO to Pole in a nice, specialized and sequenced format.
 
What Do Classes Cost?
 
$30 per person per hour.
 
Parties
 
Our parties are designed for the utmost in fun!  They are never boring, and are always filled with laughter and excitement.  Reserve our entire 2400 foot studio for your own private party. Parties can be women-only, men-only or co-ed.

FAQ's

What type of women come to classes?  


EVERYONE – mothers, daughters, grandmothers!, professionals, college students, and others interested in a fun, sexy workout. Some are interested in just learning some sultry floor moves, pole drapes and spins, others are interested in learning advanced pole acrobatics to challenge themselves in new ways…and most are interested in a titillating combination.  In any case, be prepared to undergo an amazing metamorphosis and transformation!  Watch your self-confidence and strength grow as you re-discover your power and natural beauty.  Our classes have a supportive and friendly atmosphere where everyone is welcome no matter what your age, shape or size. 

What should I wear?

You should wear comfortable workout clothing. For all pole classes, we recommend you wear shorts and a tank top/T-shirt. You can also wear leggings or yoga pants.  Bare legs will grip the pole better (required for many spins and other moves).  Footwear for the first class and all warm-up activities will be barefoot, and we will then gradually move into heels. There is no nudity.

PLEASE do NOT use lotion or oils on your hands or legs the day of class.  Also, it is best if you NOT wear any rings, bracelets or watches

What should I bring?

You may also bring your preferred music, if you wish. We have terrific playlists, but welcome you to bring your own music to move to.  This is YOUR place. We want you to feel very, very comfortable.

How big are the classes?

Pole classes are small so you will receive proper individual attention and sufficient time on the poles.  For bachelorette and other private group parties, we have 5 poles and like to limit active participation to no more than 3 persons per pole.  We can accommodate large groups without active participation per class. 

How fit do I have to be to join the classes or workshops?

Classes are appropriate for all fitness levels, shapes and sizes. More than 95% of students are true beginners, having never touched a pole. Our instructors customize to accommodate individual fitness levels, and we promise that regardless of fitness level, you will get a fun and effective workout!
